With 25 years of experience in the space sector, Steve has advised a wide range of clients across the industry. Until 2023, he held senior management positions at Euroconsult (now Novaspace), serving as COO from 2015 to 2023, where he led the global corporate organisation and strategic development. Earlier, he established and managed Euroconsult’s North American office in Canada from 2008 to 2015 and served as Director of Institutional Affairs from 2004 to 2008, overseeing government consulting services in Europe and globally. Since 2023, Steve has worked as an Independent Executive Advisor, supporting public and private organisations in their strategies, operations and policies within the space sector. Throughout his career, he has managed and supervised over 300 consulting projects worldwide for clients seeking expertise in space and satellite applications. Since 2025, Steve has been an Associate Professor at the University of Paris-Saclay, where he lectures on Space Economy, Space Policy, and Space Law. He delivers professional training to organisations in the space sector and is a featured speaker at leading global space and satellite industry conferences. He holds a Master of Law from McGill University’s Institute of Air & Space Law in Montreal and a Master’s Degree in International Law from La Sorbonne in Paris.
