Paul is a leader at the intersection of artificial intelligence and space infrastructure. As General Manager, AI for Space at Loft, he drives the company’s global strategy, product development, and commercialisation of AI-enabled space solutions. In this role, Paul oversees the AI solutions portfolio and AI marketplace, leading partnerships with governments, hyperscalers, major industrials, and the world’s most advanced AI companies to establish Loft as the global infrastructure provider for AI in space. Previously, Paul served as the Data and Generative AI Partner Leader at Amazon Web Services, where he built and led high-performing teams both globally and in EMEA that accelerated enterprise adoption of generative and agentic AI. Before AWS, Paul held senior product and technology leadership roles across emerging technologies, most notably as VP of Product for AI at Genesys, where he launched and scaled multiple AI-powered products and partnerships. Paul began his career as a Naval Officer in the French Navy, serving for nearly a decade on board warships, submarines, and in multinational headquarters. His operational experience includes leadership roles during counter-piracy missions near the Horn of Africa, counter-terrorism operations, and as Director of Operations during the 2011 Libyan campaign. Paul holds a Master's in Science from the French Naval Academy and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
