Mr. Célestin KADJIDJA
Mr. Célestin KADJIDJA is an IT Engineer with 30 years of experience in network and information systems management, spanning the banking, air transport, and social security sectors. He initially trained at the Engineering School of Constance in Germany, following his secondary education at the Lycée National Léon MBA in Libreville, Gabon. He began his professional career in the early 1990s in the banking sector. Subsequently, he moved into the air transport industry, and then into the health sector, leading IT and telecom projects in the field of Social Security. Professional Experience Throughout his career, he has held various positions, namely: Project Manager in the IT Department of BICIG Bank, BNP-Paribas Group Deputy Director of Electronic Banking at BICIG, BNP-Paribas Group Director of IT and Telecommunications at the national airline, Air-Gabon Director of Information Systems for the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) of Gabon Technical Advisor in Information Systems to the Director General of the CNSS Technical Advisor in Information Systems Security to the Director General of the CNSS Current Mandate at ARCEP Gabon In August 2023, he was appointed President of the Regulatory Council of ARCEP Gabon by Brigadier General Brice Clotaire OLIGUI NGUEMA, President of the Transition, Head of State, and President of the Gabonese Republic. For this position, he was entrusted with a roadmap featuring the following areas of focus: Improvement of ARCEP's Governance Acceleration of universal service development Optimization of frequency resource management Financial stabilization of the Institution These directives have formed the guiding principles of Mr. Célestin KADJIDJA's managerial actions since he officially took office on October 5, 2023.
