His comprehensive skills span areas like smart cities, critical infrastructures, zero trust architecture, broadband strategy, and blockchain technologies as well as AI security. Alberto develops and implements ANINF's vision and technology strategy, driving change, developing organizational maturity, fostering operational consistency and enhancing the user experience. Recognized for his significant contributions to national security, Alberto is also a renowned international speaker. As leader of the Gabonese government's digital transformation of public administration and digital identity, he is leading the ambitious Gabon Digital and e-Gabon projects.
