Alejandro Barraza Valdés is Director of International Business at SATLANTIS, where he leads the company’s commercial strategy across Asia, Europe, and Latin America. Deeply committed to the growth of the space sector, Alejandro works closely with public agencies, private clients, and strategic partners to expand the reach of high-resolution Earth observation technologies around the world. He joined SATLANTIS as a Market Analyst and quickly advanced to International Business Development Manager before taking on his current role. His ability to understand local contexts, build long-term relationships, and develop tailored commercial strategies has been key to the company’s global positioning in the New Space industry. Alejandro holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Deusto, with specializations in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and International Management Skills. He also earned a Dual Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship in Action, which further strengthened his approach to building solutions with impact. His academic journey includes programs at Bocconi University (Milan), the University of Edinburgh, and KEDGE Business School (Bordeaux). Before joining the space industry, Alejandro gained experience in business development, marketing, and project management in the tech and fintech sectors—always driven by a passion for innovation, international collaboration, and strategic growth.
