Amr AbdulNabi Ibrahim Ashour is a seasoned telecommunications professional with over 19 years of expertise in spectrum engineering, regulatory policy, and market access within the satellite communications sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Market Access – Middle East & Africa at Eutelsat Group, Amr plays a pivotal role in securing landing rights, navigating national licensing frameworks, and engaging with governments and regulators to enable the deployment of Eutelsat-OneWeb’s LEO satellite network. His career at Egypt’s National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority, where he led the Space Services Department and contributed to the launch of Egypt’s first satellite network. He went on to hold senior regulatory and spectrum roles with Arabsat and Oman’s Telecommunications Regulatory Authority, developing strategic expertise across both operator and regulator perspectives.
