A graduate of the University of Social Sciences and INSA in Toulouse, Dr. Aicha holds a PhD in Systems Engineering from the National School of Civil Aviation (ENAC), complemented by Master’s degrees in Applied Economics, Business Intelligence, and Transport Law. Since joining the Support to Satellite Navigation in Africa program in 2013, she has served as a key Legal and Economic Expert, leveraging her experience across Europe and Africa to design sophisticated business development and market adoption strategies. She remains deeply committed to the socio-economic transformation of the continent through innovative space technology. "
