After she graduated from Sciences Po Paris in International Security (Paris School of International Affairs), Elsa Dhenain started her career working on European affairs and in the aerospace industry. She worked a few years for the French Ministry of Economics and Finance on industrial policy. She then joined the CNES Strategic Directorate on the designing of policy to foster the development of value-added downstream services from space data, to enhance user uptake and to promote synergy between space and digital sectors. She now leads the international pillar of the Connect by CNES program within the Europe and International Directorate of CNES.
