Mamdouh Ali is a consultant specialising in Imagery & Remote Sensing at Esri North Africa. He holds a bachelor's degree in Geological Sciences and a master's degree in Science from Al-Azhar University in Cairo, where his research was focused on utilizing Earth observation data and technologies to identify renewable water resources in South Sinai, Egypt. Mamdouh is also a certified Geomatics Specialist in Remote Sensing by the Canadian Institute of Geomatics. With over a decade of experience, he has contributed to a wide range of projects across the public and private sectors in Africa and the Middle East. His work spans multiple industries—including agriculture, mining, insurance, and water resource management—where he applies cutting-edge remote sensing solutions to drive innovation and sustainable development.
