H.E President Brice Clotaire OLIGUI NGUEMA
H.E. Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema is the fourth President of the Republic of Gabon, having assumed office in May 2025. A career military officer, he trained at the Meknes Royal Military Academy in Morocco and rose through the ranks of the Gabonese Armed Forces, serving in senior roles including Commander-in-Chief of the Gabonese Republican Guard from 2020. His administration has prioritised national renewal, institutional reform, and Gabon's broader development agenda. He is the host head of state for the NewSpace Africa Conference 2026, held in Libreville, Gabon.
