Hon. Joyce Nabbosa Ssebugwawo is a distinguished Ugandan politician and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Minister of State for Information, Communications, Technology, and National Guidance. Her extensive political career includes roles such as the National Chairperson of the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) and a two-term tenure as the Mayor of Rubaga Division in Kampala. She has also held ministerial positions within the Buganda government, focusing on women's affairs, community work, and mobilization since the early 1980s. In June 2021, she was sworn in as the Minister of State for ICT and National Guidance, where she has been instrumental in advancing Uganda's digital transformation agenda.
