With a distinguished 27-year career in the IT industry, including 17 years at Cisco, Soha Rizk has amassed extensive experience in both technical and strategic sales leadership roles. Her journey at Cisco began as an Inside Sales Systems Engineer for North Africa and the Levant, progressing through positions such as Field Systems Engineer for Egypt's Enterprise and Public Sectors, Channel Systems Engineer for MWCA, and Field Systems Engineer for ESA. In 2015, Soha transitioned to sales, taking on the role of Account Manager for Orange and Etisalat within GSP. By 2018, she was appointed as the acting NAL Systems Engineering Manager, serving as the region's Chief Technology Officer and leading a dynamic team of Business Architects and Systems Engineers. Throughout her career, Soha has consistently driven innovation by integrating cutting-edge technologies and developing complex business models, earning the trust and respect of clients. Her leadership has resulted in consistent year-over-year growth for a USD 250 million business, collaboration with a broad network of partners, retention of long-standing clients, and acquisition of new logos. Her team has successfully designed and implemented Cisco's latest innovations in Security, RON, ACI, SDA, MPLS, Collaboration, Nutanix joint Data Center solutions, and Splunk. Soha holds a B.Sc. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Cairo University and is fluent in English and French.
