Having served as Administrative and Financial Director and Chief Financial Officer across multiple organisations, he has managed budgets running into several billion FCFA, optimised profitability and secured investments in complex environments. His expertise encompasses regulatory compliance (OHADA, IFRS, US GAAP), telecommunications regulation in Africa, business model development, and the financial structuring of telecoms projects across Africa. He will participate as an expert in financial structuring and the economic viability of telecoms projects, facilitating the translation of regulatory requirements into sustainable economic models for operators.
