Masayuki Sakta is a senior manager of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC / Deloitte Tohmatsu LLC (Japan). He graduated from the Graduate School of Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology. He started his career in research, planning, and implementation of industrial promotion, financing for SMEs, and investment promotion, as well as supporting the export of infrastructure and plants in overseas countries. In Deloitte, he is engaged in activities centered on science and technology innovation and global issues, such as promoting the use of space technology, supporting R&D-oriented startups, supporting cross-border open innovation, supporting the overseas expansion of SMEs and startups, planning and managing programs to solve social issues in Japan and overseas using technology from universities and technical colleges, and supporting industrial policy formulation.
