Rihab Ben Moussa is a specialist in Space Policy and Law, dedicated to advancing inclusive and sustainable space governance across Africa. She currently serves as a Policy Analyst at Space in Africa Consulting Limited, where she conducts market research on the African space and satellite industry and advocates for and analyses space regulatory and policy development across the continent. Rihab holds a Master's degree in Private Law from the Faculty of Law and Political Science at Tunis Manar, where she is completing a thesis on 'liability for damages caused by space objects: 50 Years in View'. Her professional background spans consulting for the Gulf space ecosystem, contributing to Tunisia's National Space Law Bill, and co-authoring research papers on various space segments. She was the co-founder of an African Working Group on Satellite Connectivity, assessing LEO satellite adoption across three African nations, and previously led strategic relations for the Tunisian Space Association. In 2024, she was selected by the Italian Space Agency's Fellowship for Outstanding Talents to attend the 75th International Astronautical Congress.
